Welcome to The Lightfast! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website thelightfast.com and the purchase of products from our online store. The Lightfast is an online store based in Estonia, powered by Shopify Inc.

- Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND PAYMENT

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order. Your order is confirmed once we send you an order confirmation email.

All prices are displayed in EUR and are subject to change without notice. Prices include applicable taxes where required by law.

You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all purchases. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We offer FREE shipping to USA, UK, and EU. We do not ship to countries outside of the USA, UK, and EU.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you once the product is transferred to the carrier.

SECTION 5 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

As our products are custom-made to order, we only accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
