**How can I track my order?**

**Are your phone cases protective?**
Absolutely! All our phone cases feature dual-layer protection with a hard polycarbonate outer shell and flexible TPU silicone inner liner for superior shock absorption and drop protection. They're rigorously tested to withstand everyday drops, bumps, and impacts while maintaining a slim, premium design that doesn't add bulk.
**What materials are your cases made from?**
Our cases are crafted from premium materials:

**Do your cases support wireless charging?**
Yes! All our phone cases are fully compatible with wireless charging (Qi-enabled chargers). You can charge your phone wirelessly without removing the case - just place it on your charging pad and you're good to go.
**Will the case fit if I have a screen protector?**
Yes! Our cases are designed with precise cutouts and slightly raised edges to accommodate most screen protectors while still providing full protection for your phone's screen and camera.
**Are the cases bulky?**
Not at all! Despite offering dual-layer protection, our cases maintain a slim profile that fits comfortably in your hand and pocket. They're designed to be protective without being bulky.
**What's the difference between glossy and matte finish?**
• **Glossy finish:** Shiny, vibrant appearance that makes colors pop and creates a premium look. May show fingerprints more easily.
• **Matte finish:** Soft, non-reflective surface with a smooth touch. Better grip and hides fingerprints. More understated and elegant.
Both finishes offer the same level of protection - it's purely a style preference!
## Returns & Refunds
**What is your return policy?**
You can return products within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging to be eligible for return. We stand behind our quality and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
**How do I start a return?**

**Who pays for return shipping?**
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:

**How long does it take to receive my refund?**
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item in its original condition. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
**What if my item arrives damaged or defective?**

**Can I exchange my case for a different design or model?**
Currently, we don't offer direct exchanges. However, you can return your original case for a refund and place a new order for the design or model you prefer. Contact us and we'll help make this process as easy as possible.

Currently, we only support one payment method per order. However, you can use gift cards or discount codes in combination with your primary payment method.
**Do you accept international currencies?**
Yes! Our checkout automatically converts prices to your local currency based on your location. You'll see prices in your currency and be charged in that currency by your bank.

**Will the print fade or peel off?**
No! We use advanced UV printing technology that bonds the ink directly to the case material, creating vibrant, fade-resistant designs. The print is protected against outdoor weathering, UV exposure, and everyday wear, so your case stays beautiful for years. We guarantee our prints won't peel, crack, or fade under normal use.
**How durable are your cases?**
Very durable! Our dual-layer construction is designed to withstand:

**Can I request a custom design?**

**I forgot to use my discount code. Can you apply it now?**

**Can I order multiple cases in one order?**
Yes! You can add as many cases as you'd like to your cart and checkout once. This is more convenient and may save on shipping costs.

**Are the buttons easy to press through the case?**

**Will the case yellow over time?**
Our cases are made from high-quality materials that resist yellowing. However, like all phone cases, prolonged exposure to UV light and certain chemicals (like lotions or oils) may cause slight discoloration over time. Regular cleaning helps maintain the case's appearance.
